It's About Quality...

I am excited to say that I earned a promotion at work! I will now be the Quality Improvement Director for the South Davis Campus. From what I know, that entails educating department leaders about quality improvement and working with them to achieve progress goals. I will also monitor areas (especially nursing) for areas that need assistance, initiate plans, and complete audits. This will definately get me out of my comfort zone, but I am excited (and nervous) for the change. Wish me luck!

Can I just say that I am SO excited that the writer's strike is over? I don't know about anyone else, but I am sick of reruns. Hallelujah...the strike is over!

Scooters!

So, as you can see from my scooter survey, I really want to get a scooter! I used to be deathly afraid of motorcycles, but my mind was changed a few years ago when I friend introduced me to the wonders of riding. I would ideally love a motorcycle, but I think a scooter would be a good place to start. I would love to have one to ride to work and around Bountiful in general.

This leads to the dillema of convincing Mike that it is safe for me to ride. I think that I am starting to win him over, but there is probably a ways to go. So, help my cause and vote!
